Las Vegas, Nevada – In June 1988, brothers Tom and George Wiesner made their start in the restaurant business when they opened the Draft House; a place famous for its genuine warm Wisconsin hospitality.

In August 1992, the restaurant expanded to the Draft House Barn & Casino, giving Las Vegas its first dining barn and Packer Fan Club. In 2004, the company built its second brewery facility at the Draft House. The micro brewing facility houses Big Dog’s Brewing Company’s 15-barrel microbrewery system. The brewery team, lead by award-winning Director of Brewing Operations Dave Pascual, brews a wide range of beers to suit everyone’s taste, including light beers, ales, porters, and stouts.

Tobacco smoke and odor has been a big issue for many years.  The owners recently contracted Casino Air to clean up the problem.  Clean Air is Good Business…
